Refund policy

At Eterno Galleria, each piece is released in limited quantities as part of an ongoing archive. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing, as exchanges may be limited.

In line with UK consumer law, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must then be returned within 14 days of the return being approved.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• Free from marks, damage, or odours

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we cannot guarantee exchanges for alternative sizes.
